Each student is only responsible for their own rent- never someone else’s! That means if a roomate transfers, graduates, or moves out for any reason, you have no financial worries.
We offer events for students to mirror the on campus lifestyle, but give the freedom of off campus living. Our management and maintenance staff is available 24/7 to support our residents with whatever they may need.
No moving truck needed! All of our units come full furnished at no extra charge to make your transition to apartment living as easy as possible. However, there is plenty of room in our units for you to make it feel like home.
No roommate? No problem! Each student can simply complete our personal profile questionnaire and we’ll mach them with others who expressed similar interests, hobbies, and study habits.
With on-site management and maintenance, and an on-call staff member available 24/7, we’re always on duty to address each student’s needs. Also, our building has controlled access entry after-hours and is equipped with a state-of-the-art security & camera system.
All students require a guarantor to complete the guaranty agreement. A student can act as their own guarantor if they can show documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they meet a monthly income requirement. The guarantor will need to sign the guaranty agreement. If the resident is not of legal age to execute a contract, the guarantor will be required to sign both the lease and guaranty agreement.
